Sunday Wedding Package:

2019 Venue rental $4500 + WV sales tax, $500 refundable security deposit & event insurance. 

2020 Venue rental $4800 + WV sales tax. $500 refundable security deposit & event insurance 

Our preferred method of payment is cash or check. We require 25% down of the venue cost to book your venue date on the calendar, with remaining balance and tax set up on a monthly payment plan to be paid in full within 60 days prior to the scheduled event. Proof of event insurance and $500 security deposit must be provided two weeks prior to venue date. No hidden fees and no extra charges!

Sunday package details: 

We give you access to 100+ acres of beauty to take your engagement pictures once you book your date with us.  

Choice of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon: 3pm - 9pm – Select your decoration style that you want to use and rehearse for your big day. We will do the decorating for you. 

Sunday: 10am - midnight
Arrive Sunday morning along with your bridal party, hair and makeup team to enjoy your time getting ready, preparing and hanging out with the girls. Wait until your see the bridal suite! Gorgeous! You will definitely feel like a princess getting ready in your own suite! We also have a groom's room for the guys to get dressed, relax and hangout before the ceremony & reception! After the ceremony, head to the barn to eat, and dance the night away! Our venue doesn't close until midnight! No need to worry about cleaning up! We take care of that for you!

Couples are required to purchase event insurance from a company of your choice, approximately $75 to $150 (the cost depends on if you plan on having alcohol).  

Other venues require that you use their caterer or purchase their wine and use their bartenders. We want you to be able to select your own caterer / vendors and make your own choices. We do not sell or serve alcohol; however, we will allow you to have alcohol at your venue as long as you have a licensed bartender who carries their own liability liquor insurance. If they do not, then you can add the liquor liability insurance to your event policy.
