Planning for your wedding should be a great experience from the moment you say YES all the way through to the I DO and HAPPILY EVER AFTER! The Barn on Unity Farm was built with just that in mind.
Sunday Wedding Package:
Includes Tuesday (3PM-8PM) rehearsal and decoration selection. Sunday (10AM-11PM) ceremony and reception
2024 Venue rental $6500 + WV sales tax, $500 refundable security deposit & event insurance.
2025 Venue rental $6500 + WV sales tax. $500 refundable security deposit & event insurance
Method of payment is cash or check. We require a 25% initial payment along with the signed contract to reserve your date on our calendar (Initial payment is $1625,00). The remaining balance including WV sales tax will be set up on a monthly payment plan to be paid in full 60 days prior to your scheduled event. Proof of event insurance and $500 security deposit must be provided two weeks prior to your venue date. No hidden fees and no extra charges!

Sunday package details:
We give you access to 100+ acres of beauty to take your engagement pictures once you book your date with us.
Tuesday (3PM - 8PM) rehearse for your big day and select decorations. You select the decorations and we do the decorating for you!
Sunday (10AM - 11PM)
Arrive Sunday morning along with your bridal party, add your finishing touches to your setup and then enjoy getting ready, preparing and hanging out with the girls. Wait until your see the bridal suite! Gorgeous! You will definitely feel like a princess getting ready in your own suite! We also have a groom's room for the guys to get dressed and hangout before the ceremony! After the ceremony, head to the barn to eat, and dance the night away! Our venue doesn't close until midnight! No need to worry about cleaning up! We take care of that for you!

Couples are required to purchase event insurance from a company of your choice, approximately $75 to $150 (the cost depends on if you plan on having alcohol).
Other venues require that you use their caterer. We want you to be able to select your own caterer / vendors and make your own choices.
